Mushing Rivals
Privacy Policy

The short version. Mushing Rivals has no accounts, no login and no server. Your progress — your salmon, your kennel, your best times — is stored only on your device. We cannot see it, and we never receive a copy of it.
Two third parties are involved, and only in the ways described below.
Mushing Rivals is developed by Bryan Hemstad. This policy explains what the game does and does not collect.
Advertising (free version only)
The free version shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To do that, AdMob receives:
- a device advertising identifier
- ad interaction data — that an ad was shown, and whether it was tapped
- general device and network information, such as device model and approximate region
This information goes to Google, not to us. We never see it. Google's handling of it is covered by their own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. The game does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, so ads served are non-personalised where that permission would otherwise be required.
Where the law requires it — including in the EU and the UK — a consent form appears the first time you play, and your choice is respected.
Buying Premium removes all advertising, and with it the data sharing described in this section.
Purchases
The Premium upgrade is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never receive or store your payment details, card number, or Apple Account credentials.
The game asks Apple whether your Apple Account owns Premium and stores the yes/no answer on your device. That is how your purchase is restored automatically if you reinstall the game or move to a new phone.

What we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera data. We operate no server and have no database of players.
Children
Mushing Rivals is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Limit ad tracking — iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
- Change your consent choice, where the consent form applied — reinstall the app to be asked again.
- Remove ads entirely — buy Premium.
- Delete everything — deleting the app removes all game data from your device. Nothing remains with us, because nothing was ever sent to us.
This website
mushingrivals.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from another company. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, which include the IP address of each request, for operating the site.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
